Yeah, that’s right! My mid sem break is here and i had an assignment due yesterday. It wasn’t really an assignment, more like a lab report. Don’t think I did a good job of it though haha.. it was coz i rushed it over Monday and tuesday. I think i was supposed to research some more for the discussion part. oh well… it’s over now so now i shouldn’t stress over it. Time to enjoy the rest of this week doing assignments! …yay how fun =.=
Haven’t blogged here for a while due to the fact that I’ve been really busy doing assignments and studying. There wasn’t much happening that was worth blogging about til last week. Yes, this past week was a pretty good week. Two events had occurred, my birthday, and church camp.
On the day of my birthday, I was expecting a whole day of uni. 10am-8pm. But as i was sitting on the train to uni, a friend called to tell me that the lecturer called in sick and the lecture was canceled. I was close to uni and I had to hand in an assignment so I just kept going, handed my assignment in and called 2 friends out to spend the day with me. We watched ‘Race to Witch Mountain’ coz it seemed interesting and it wasnt too bad. After the movie and eating lunch, I went back to uni for my other class. It sucked but i don’t regret going back. I was able to learn something. =P
Thursday, I met up with the same people plus one because i had originally planned to meet with them on Thursday since it was my day off. To my surprise, they got me a cake. it was pretty lol. But yeah they got me something else on tuesdaY, they got me a mini snooker table. The balls weren’t even the right colour. But it was still thoughtful. That’s all that counts.
We watched “Fast and Furious” and then i had to go to my dentist appointment. I missed the train i was supposed to catch but there was a train waiting there going to my destination so I rushed towards it and made it. One of my friends, holding the left over cake tried to pass it to me whilst the doors were closing. She jambed it between the doors and let go and the then the cake dropped on to the ground. It was still edible, it was just destroyed. The poor cake bunny lost its face lol.

Church camp was on the weekend following my birthday. It was good fun being able to meet some people i’ve never met before and being able to learn about the importance of mission and how much this world needs God. So many people don’t know God and it is important for Christians to reach out to the people that need to know God. Christians shouldn’t just whip out the ‘Two ways to live’ booklet but they should share their lives with these non-believers. Let them understand why you believe, love, and follow this God so that they too may know God and come to love Him. You are either the mission field, or a missionary of the gospel! Which one are you? Are you the mission field or a missionary?
