yeah… i know it’s been a while since i’ve blogged here, and that’s because I didn’t have the time or the opportunity to. Uni was just hectic with assignments to do and etc so there wasn’t really any time to go for a blogging spree =P.
But yes…since I had nothing to do today, I became extremely bored and I just thought I’d bring this blog back to life and start blogging again. (after all, it is the holidays)

What’s been happening recently

Let’s go back to a couple weeks before exams started…. that was when I started jamming with some of  the guys (plus nikki)  from church. These guys had a vision to start a band which initially had the goal to play at an evangelical event called ‘Switch’. It was not long before we decided that they would play for other events such as Extreme camp and wherever there was an opportunity to serve God. This band had the vision to serve God, as well as others through the gift of music. Each member wanted to use the talents that God had given them to serve Him and I supported that vision. That was why I had joined the band,  it was a great opportunity to be serving God.

Being in the band for a couple of weeks, we’ve been playing worship songs that were normally played in Gracepoint ( evening church service) as well as other random songs. Two weeks ago, we started to write our own songs which I am really excited about. There was a cover that was done of  a song which I dont think I am allowed to name because it’s meant to be secret. But yeh.. we recorded that onto an iphone and it was reallyy….. LOL? haha.. but yeh. Good times =]

These holidays have been pretty good. It’s been really good to catch up with people and to see how they’ve changed over the semester.

The worst thing that happened to me these holidays was losing my bright red wallet. T_T So I spent the last couple days replacing all my important cards and have already spent $71 on 2 cards…*sigh*

Well that’s it for now…..

Off to play basketball I go…..
